These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "Developer", or "User") and Eclipse Gateway (accessible at https://payment.burstaxis.online/), operated by Priyam Manna.
By creating a merchant account, generating API keys, or using the checkout links, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply fully with these Terms, all applicable Indian laws, and NPCI Unified Payments Interface (UPI) regulations.
Eclipse Gateway is open for public commercial and personal use by legitimate Indian businesses, developers, freelancers, and content creators. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful transactions and strictly refrain from:
Eclipse Gateway does not charge setup fees, monthly maintenance fees, or per-transaction commissions. The infrastructure is provided 100% free for developers. Any standard bank UPI fees (if applicable by your personal bank or PSP) are strictly between you and your banking provider.
As a merchant:
Since funds are settled peer-to-peer directly into your bank or FamPay wallet, all refunds, dispute resolutions, and customer service inquiries must be handled directly between you and your customers. Eclipse Gateway does not hold, reverse, or freeze customer funds.
We reserve the right to immediately revoke API keys, ban accounts, or restrict platform access if fraudulent activity, malicious abuse, or violations of Indian laws are detected.
Eclipse Gateway is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages, banking rail downtimes, or NPCI network delays beyond our direct control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
